Contemporary psychoanalytic psychotherapy in Cornwall
I am a UK council for psychotherapy accredited (UKCP) psychoanalytic psychotherapist working in private practice in Truro, Cornwall. I am a member of the College of Psychoanalysts (CP-UK) and the Academy for Psychoanalysis. I have worked within the NHS’s mental health system, as part of Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and take referrals from Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT). I completed my post-graduate training at the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis and am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I supervise and I teach.
I have worked with individuals with a range of difficulties including relationship problems and addiction, bereavement, a loss of meaning or purpose in life, depression, eating disorders and self-harm, anxiety and panic attacks.
I offer a secure space to discuss whatever is on your mind. If you are in a crisis or experiencing more long-term difficulties then having a regular time and place to talk to a psychotherapist in a confidential setting can be helpful.
